Do you bake and ship 7 days a week?
No. In order to ensure freshness, we prefer that boxes not sit in shipping facilities over the weekend. This is why orders placed Thursday – Saturday are fulfilled the following Monday. Also, Mucky's does not ship on Federal Holidays

Do you ship overnight?
Overnight shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for pricing information.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Most orders will be delivered within 2-4 days of shipment. Orders that include an email address will receive a notification from Fed Ex that your pacakage has shipped. This will include a tracking number.

Note: When shipping to a dorm, hospital or office, we can only guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department. It is then up to this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause a delay in delivery.

Storing and Freshness
Suggested shelf life is 1 week. Freezing is a great option! Place goodies in a re-sealable bag and place in the freezer.

How can I pay for my Mucky's?
Mucky's accepts credit cards, Paypal, checks and money orders. Orders paid by check or money order will be delayed.

Do I have to order online?
No, you do not have to order online although this is the preferred method. Phone orders are also accepted.

What is your Military Cookie Program about?

All orders shipped to an APO/FPO will receive free shipping** and pay only $15.00/dozen for cookies and $19.00/dozen for brownies. How do I know the product I ship to my soldier overseas will get there in good condition?
Unfortunately, Mucky's can not guarantee our products shipped to APO/FPO addresses. However, in our experience, our products arrive in great condition with just a tad bit of crumbling.

What if my package is never received?
If your package is never received by the intended addressee, please notify Mucky's. Unforunately, we can not guarantee that all boxes will arrive at their destination but we will certainly work with you if there appears to be a problem.
